Next month, our online real estate website will be live! I won’t mention the site URL for now since the site is still on the making. It’s actually a real estate site where real estate agents and brokers can post their properties for sale online. Some listings are for free and some are paid. Those paid listings will appear on the homepage of the site thus adding more exposure for the property being sold. There will also be a property of the month which will appear site wide. Our site will also have a Forum to keep the site alive. Here, property finders and real estate agents can interact with each other to share each other’s knowledge and opinion regarding renting and buying properties. We’re also planning to add an auction area in the future but at the moment, we would like to focus on driving visitors to our site.

Right now, we are looking for an ecommerce company to handle SEO and marketing of our website. We are looking forward to hire the services of an SEO Dallas firm which can drive traffic to our site – either organic traffic or pay per click traffic. We know little about SEO so we need the services of a professional to bring us traffic and to make our site rank on top of Google and Yahoo searches. It wouldn’t really make sense to make a website if your site does not have visitors especially for this kind of website, you need huge volume of traffic to make good money out of it. Nowadays, it’s really hard to compete with other real estate websites but I believe that nothing is impossible. As long as you have great content and a well marketed site which is optimized to achieve top search engine rankings, you’re good to go!
